Base fee:
  • Provides general support of the Annual Conference. Benefits include listings in the program, website, and Conference email updates.
  • This is a one day registration for the NASDPTS Conference.
  • Registration for the conference is $250.00 for current 2018 members.
    Registration Fee includes 2019 membership pre-paid dues. Membership dues must be paid for 2018 to attend the Conference. **Be sure to use your email with NASDPTS to register for the Conference.

    The NAPT Trade Show tickets need to be purchased from www.napt.org
  • State Director Registration Fee: $250.00 **Email adminservices@nasdpts.org if you would like to attend the NAPT Trade Show.


The 2018 NASDPTS Annual Conference brings together state and association leaders, and supplier partners in school transportation for learning and collaboration in beautiful Kansas City, MO, October 27-31.

When registering to attend, choose your NASDPTS membership category and enter your email that was given to NASDPTS when you joined. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Cherie Hime at 608.354.7110.

The group hotel is the Crowne Plaza Downtown. Single/Double Room Rate: $143/night. Book your room as an Attendee through our BOOKING LINK. The Group Block expires October 8th.

Overnight Self-parking is $19.00 and Valet parking is $23.00 per night, per vehicle.

Our Mission and Purpose

The National Association of State Directors of Pupil Transportation Services was established in 1968. The membership represents all 50 states. The purpose of the association is to provide leadership, assistance and motivation to the Nation's school transportation community with the goal of providing safe, secure, efficient, economical, and high-quality transportation to school children on their trips to and from school and school-related activities.

NASDPTS membership is comprised of state and national leaders in school bus transportation, local school transportation administrators, suppliers of products and services, as well as grassroots practitioners. The membership represents all 50 states, the District of Columbia, school bus manufacturers and suppliers, state and national transportation associations, and others who support our mission and purpose.
