Base fee:
  • Provides general support of the Annual Conference. Benefits include listings in the program, website, and Conference email updates.
  • This is a one day registration for the NASDPTS Conference.
  • Sponsorship of a Break. Host and speak to attendees during sponsored break and receive recognition in the Conference program, on website, on signage, and in Conference app. (1) free registration included with the sponsorship.
  • Registration for the conference is $250.00 for current 2017 members. Registration Fee includes 2018 membership pre-paid dues. Membership dues must be paid for 2017 to attend the Conference. **Be sure to use your email with NASDPTS to register for the Conference.

    2018 Membership dues will be invoiced January 2018.

    The NAPT Trade Show tickets need to be purchased from www.napt.org
  • State Director Registration Fee: $250.00, for current 2017 members plus $150 for 2018 membership dues. Membership dues must be paid for 2017 to attend the Conference. Be sure to use your email with NASDPTS to register for the Conference. **Email adminservices@nasdpts.org if you would like to attend the NAPT Trade Show.
  • State Dept Staff Registration Fee: $250.00, for current 2017 members. State Director Membership dues must be paid for 2017 to attend the Conference. Be sure to use your email with NASDPTS to register for the Conference. This registration does not include the NAPT trade show fee. Registration for the trade show must be done through NAPT.

The 2017 NASDPTS Annual Conference brings together state and association leaders, and supplier partners in school transportation for learning and collaboration in beautiful Columbus, OH. Thank you for joining us!

Room rates: $159/night Single; $169 for Double occupancy.

 

The Group Block has a strict cut-off date of October 3rd. A room cannot be guaranteed after October 3rd.

 

Valet parking is only available at this hotel. The group discount rate is $20/day. A self-park garage is a block away and charges less per day.
